After a year of looking at video clips from Les Deux Alpes I finally got the chance to go! The First day was mostly travel and getting situated in the town. On the day we arrived it was 18 degrees, pretty toasty, and it hadn't snowed since 8th Jan (We arrived 25th Jan).
